Why are you complaining, I love to hear stories like this from this christian cult. All of this rigidiness serves as a vehicle to help people free themselves from this high control religion, it is actually a blessing in disguise. I hope more rigid, self important elders are appointed, the religion will fall that much faster. i wasn't going out in servive as much,not commenting and wasn't married to a witness.
i was taken off the ministry school talk # 2,couldn't pray for the congregation,was taken off the sound equipment,couldn't pass out literature,couldn't receive a blood card and finally couldn't receive any books because i wasn't considered part of the congregation.that was fine with me.. what were the signs you received from your congregation telling you that you were weak in the faith?.

I read many books,subscribe to over 20 magazines and read 3 newspapers a day.You could say I love reading.One thing I can't read any more is the WTS material.It is third grade reading.After you find out all the lies,how can you read any of it? Every thing is devoted to the Faithful and Discreet slave.Jesus is only thrown in once in a while."Slave for the Tower'' is what the should call the Watchtower Study.

On returning to the cong. the elders had taken me off carrying the microphone because I was inconsistent in Field service !
My friend was taken off carrying the microphones for the Watchtower Study because he would walk in late for the Public Talk.He was a single brother who worked in construction and worked many Sunday's .He would get home, shower and drive a long distance.Well,sometimes he would be 5 or 10 minutes late.The elders told him that he showed a lack of appreciation for the meetings.

Wouldnt they have to DF you before they took it to this extreme?
I was considered weak.They would pass me by when they would hand out any blood cards or literature because that was their way for me to improve.They tried for years for me to get more spiritual. I never did anything for them to DF me.

What did you think of the CO's bi-annual visit?
by JH indid you think it was a "show", when just about everyone showed up at the kingdom hall when he showed up that week?.
did you go out in the service that week more than usual, just to do like the others who were giving a show?.
the moment the co's week was over, the attendance always came back down to normal..

The CO bi-annual visit is the WTS way to make sure the elders are towing the line.Then the elders make sure everyone in the congregation is hauling their load.
The C0 talks are no more special than what is presented each week.They go over alloted time more often than not.Everything is always fine with the congregation but just get in more time in the field service, try to make each meeting and try to start more "BIBLE STUDIES".{ YEAH RIGHT }
The CO visit has more people in attendance that week,more brothers and sisters in field service and the CO and his wife are invited to lunch and dinner at someone's house.Everyone is on their best behavior.
The elder who never called me or talked to me all year,would make sure that he and the CO would pay me a visit and show what a loving elder he was.He would start off with how much I was loved in the congregation {LIAR}.Then as soon as the CO left,he would go back to the same routine.

My Kingdom Hall is near extinction!!
by RULES & REGULATIONS inour kingdom hall was started in 1973 with only 3 families totaling 13 people.it grew to 85 members in the early 90's and that's because many were related to these 3 families.with older members dying,the young leaving when they reach 18, 5 divorces and many disfellowshipped,the congregation is down to 26 members.talk about low morale.

When those last people aren't contributing enough to cover kingdom hall expenses, that hall will be sold, the money will go to WBTS and the congregations will be split and sent to other halls. The Kingdom Hall was remodeled about 10 years ago for $85,000.They put in a new parking lot,new bathrooms,carpets,seats,lighting and window treatments.Each family was asked to contribute a fixed amount every month for the loan.This was to be paid in addition to any other expenses. With most members gone,How are they ever going to pay back this loan? Sell the hall and send the remaining members to another congregation.

Old dying off- young one df or fading and hardly any new ones coming in.
The old stayed because they believed it was "the truth".The young don't want to listen to that bull crap and the burdens are too heavy for the new ones.The internet will expose them for their false teachings and predictions.
